Your accountability as Internal Communications Lead, will be to shape the design and delivery of our internal communications and engagement strategy to engage our people in Bupa's purpose, ambition and values. Responsibilities
- Partner with BGIUK's Chief People Officer, leading on the Internal Communications within their People, Property and Plant Function and all people-related Internal Comms across the BGIUK Market Unit.
- Help transform our internal communications to simplify our channels and shift the focus to two-way engagement.
- Create communications plans and content to inspire colleagues to deliver on our ambition to be the world's most customer‑centric healthcare company.
- Own and deliver a high‑impact communication cadence, including All Hands, leadership calls and key colleague events, ensuring clear, consistent and engaging storytelling that connects strategy to colleagues' day‑to‑day experience.
- Create compelling executive communications, including monthly blogs, leadership messaging and video content, that build trust, drive engagement and reinforce organisational priorities.
- Significant experience managing large groups of senior stakeholders.
- Excellent writing, proof writing and editing skills.
- PC literate and highly skilled in all Microsoft packages with excellent skills in Microsoft SharePoint, In Design and Photoshop.
- Experience in event design and delivery.
- Knowledge of and commitment to the Bupa brand, purpose, Code and values.
- Creative, flexible, adaptable and positive approach to change.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous planner with exceptional attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
- Drive, confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
- Confidence to collaborate and challenge.
- Proven track record of working successfully across functions and across businesses.
- Excellent management and organisation skills.
