Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary engineering coordination as Building Coordinator.
  • Resolve design and construction issues promptly to maintain schedule and quality.
  • Monitor performance via KPIs and support design‑readiness reviews.
  • Work with designers, contractors and construction teams on quality, safety and schedule.
  • Participate in readiness reviews of Design Packages before construction.

Skills Required

  • Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent, plus design/drafting/construction background.
  • Experience on large multi-disciplinary projects (ideally nuclear).
  • Knowledge of contract management, ONR and CDM.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, set targets and manage technical issues.
