Salary up to £55,000
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial and financial management of projects from tender through to completion, including:
- Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions
- Managing budgets, cost control, and contract administration
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitoring and authorising subcontractor payments
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Supporting business development and company growth initiatives
The Candidate
We're looking for a commercially astute and detail-oriented professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within the construction industry
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability

- The motivation and capability to progress into a senior management or Director-level position
