Are you based in Kent or surrounding areas and looking to progress your refrigeration career?

We’re recruiting for a global industrial refrigeration specialist who are looking to expand their team with junior or intermediate-level engineers who want to develop into industrial refrigeration and chiller systems.

You will work alongside a highly experienced engineering team, with a structured on-site training and development programme designed to help commercial refrigeration engineers step up into ammonia, CO2, glycol, and large-scale systems.

The Role:

  • Service, fault-finding and maintenance on industrial refrigeration/chiller systems
  • Work in full-production food and logistics sites
  • Support from experienced mentors and access to training
  • Covering sites in and around Kent.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in refrigeration (commercial or industrial)
  • F-Gas Certified (C&G 2079)
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Desire to progress into the industrial sector

Package:

  • Up to £22.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
  • D2D Travel Paid – all travel paid at time‑and‑a‑half
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (with 1-hour lunch)
  • £150 Standby for Call‑Out Rota
  • Company Van + Fuel Card
  • 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas Break
  • Tools, PPE, Uniform all provided
  • Company Pension, Death-in-Service, and Sick Pay
  • Company Bonus Schemes
