Fire Alarm Service Engineer
We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team to maintain and protect fire alarm systems across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Fire Systems, Emergency Lighting, and Portable Extinguishers in the assigned area.
- Carry out minor remedial works during maintenance visits.
- Plan routine maintenance calls and manage schedules.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding site visits.
- Maintain stock levels with support from the team leader.
- Attend training sessions and weekly engineering team meetings.
- Identify personal training and development needs.
- Work standard hours 08:30‑17:00.
Qualifications
- Relevant industry qualifications.
- Proven experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm systems.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Highly organized and excellent communicator.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to work on‑call or overtime as required (call‑out rota 1 week in 10).
