Role Profile
- Performing routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of domestic and commercial swimming pools.
- Diagnosing and fixing faults with filtration systems, heating units, dosing systems, and pool covers.
- Carrying out pool openings, closings, and water quality checks.
- Providing exceptional customer service and professional advice to clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed.
Desired Applicant Profile
- Previous experience in swimming pool servicing or a similar mechanical/technical role.
- Strong understanding of pool systems (filtration, heating, dosing, etc.).
- Full UK driving licence (required).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. ISPE or PWTAG) are a plus but not essential – training can be provided for the right candidate.
