Repairs Supervisor – Enfield (Temporary Contract)

This position is temporary, initially paying £23.88ph PAYE.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Damp & Mould Repairs Supervisor overseeing the effective delivery of remediation works across our social housing portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate damp and mould inspection, diagnosis, and remediation works.
• Manage operatives and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Carry out pre‑ and post‑inspections to ensure quality, compliance and value for money.
• Identify root causes of damp and mould (e.g., condensation, rising damp, leaks, structural defects) and ensure appropriate remedial actions.
