You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and contributing to overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a clear sales strategy that supports organisational goals
- Identify, qualify and secure new business across a wide range of sectors
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholder
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecastingPrepare proposals, lead discussions around pricing and contracts, and support tender submissions
- Represent the organisation at networking events, meetings and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth delivery of products or services
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools
- Provide guidance or mentorship to junior members of the sales team
What The Employer Is Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role
- Happy to travel 1-2 times a week
- Confident working with senior‑level decision‑makers and managing end‑to‑end sales cycles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Competent user of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
