Maintenance Technician – Chesterfield

Salary: £50,900 per annum (including shift allowance)

Shifts: Continental pattern: 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am (4 on, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well established, forward thinking employer in Chesterfield who is looking for a multi‑skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join their team.

We welcome applications from multi‑skilled engineers who are:

• Time‑served, apprentice‑trained with a mechanical engineering background
• Have strong electrical skills
• With at least 4 years of hands‑on maintenance experience
• Someone who is confident working across electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems

The Role:

You’ll be a key part of the engineering team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to keep production running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. This is a varied role where your technical expertise will be valued and your problem‑solving skills put to good use.
