Rentokil Specialist Hygiene Sales Consultant
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Birmingham covering Derby and Stoke (ST, DE, WS, WV postcodes). The role is field‑based and involves building relationships with new and existing customers, selling specialised hygiene products and services, and meeting KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys for clients, prepare proposals and price work based on expertise.
- Generate and develop leads independently and alongside colleagues within Rentokil Initial.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and increase sales.
- Achieve set KPIs and targets.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for over two years with no more than six penalty points.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and a strong problem solver.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Background in retail or sales is advantageous.
- May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary of £25,721 per annum.
- Expected OTE of £35‑40,000 per annum with bonus and commission schemes.
