We are seeking senior-level optimisation specialists to work end-to-end on intricate operational challenges, shaping high-impact technical and mathematical solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and Implement Solutions: Create optimisation models for high-value asset maintenance and large-scale operational planning.
  • Model Complex Problems: Address scheduling, routing, and resource allocation challenges under rigorous real-world constraints.
  • Strategic Translation: Turn ambiguous business requirements into structured, actionable mathematical models.

  • Commercial Track Record: Proven experience delivering optimisation solutions in high-stakes commercial environments (e.g., global logistics, supply chain, or complex marketplaces).
  • Technical Depth: Deep expertise in techniques such aslinear programming, mixed-integer programming, andcombinatorial optimisation.
  • Domain Expertise: Direct experience solving problems related to multi-variable scheduling, routing, or workflow planning.
  • Senior Leadership: Ability to own problems end-to-end and influence stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Practical Mindset: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving toward practical, implementable solutions rather than just theoretical models.

Nice to have
