What You’ll Do
- Drive business development across your chosen technical vertical.
- Expand services within existing clients while building new client relationships
- Leverage your network and market expertise to create new business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insight and tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate closely with peers across SoCode to share knowledge and cross-sell opportunities.
- Begin taking on mentoring responsibilities as you develop toward a future leadership role.

- Proven experience as a recruiter within one or more of our core verticals.
- Ambition to progress into leadership, whether that’s mentoring, strategy, or eventually managing a team.
- Commercially minded with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
- Action-oriented and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- Strong communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Organised, strategic, and able to prioritise effectively.
