Surveying Area Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Area Manager to join our professional Central & East Anglia Residential Surveying team.

This hybrid role would suit an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to take a meaningful step forward into leadership by managing a high performing team and staying relevant by undertaking 2 days of Residential Surveys and Valuations.

You’ll manage a team of12–15 Residential Surveyors, supporting them deliver excellence in quality, customer experience, and performance, while shaping standards across the team.

You’ll need to be:

• AssocRICS(minimum 2 years post‑qualification),MRICS, orFRICS
• ARegistered Valuer (RICS)
• Able to demonstrateleadership capability,problem‑solving skills, andeffective communication

Key Responsibilities
