The Role
- You will play a key role in supporting the team’s continued success, working closely with Partners on complex, high-value cases while also developing your own caseload and client relationships.
- Handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters with confidence and efficiency.
- Expand your sector knowledge and use this to deliver commercially aware, high-quality advice.
- Build and strengthen professional networks, both internally and externally.
- Contribute to a positive risk culture by identifying potential issues early and supporting best practice across the team.
- Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior colleagues, supporting their development.
Skills Required
- Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
- Proven experience handling high-value and/or complex birth injury litigation.
- Strong background in supporting Partners on complex matters.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage financial aspects of cases.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to coach and mentor junior lawyers.
