The Role
- Lead the delivery of client projects across equity reward and incentive arrangements.
- Design and structure equity and cash-based incentive plans (UK and international).
- Advise on the tax and commercial implications of corporate transactions on incentive plans.
- Work closely with senior management teams on how transactions impact personal incentives.
- Oversee a varied client portfolio including owner‑managed businesses, private equity‑backed companies, and listed groups.
- Coach and develop junior team members.

About You
- Strong experience in equity reward, incentives, or employment‑related securities.
- ACA / CTA (or equivalent) qualified.
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Commercially minded with strong technical capability.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior staff.
- Looking for a visible, client‑facing role with clear progression opportunities.
