Bath Mind Counselling works with clients in 12 session model , holding person centred values at its core. The counselling service is expanding work with 11-16 year olds in addition to the adult work already provided. The successful candidate will have experience of working therapeutically with adults as well as children and young people.

Responsibilities

  • To coordinate and manage a small counselling load.
  • To work with and support the Counselling Lead and Deputy Counselling Lead in delivering a quality service.
  • To support and encourage volunteer counsellors and peers
  • To comply with Bath Mind’s policies and procedures.
  • To provide regular communication to the Counselling Lead and Deputy Counselling Lead
  • To take ownership for updating the database, clinical administration and client risk assessments.
