Due to continued growth, our Hospitality division in Glasgow is expanding. We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our experienced consultants, helping to source, engage, and place candidates across a variety of roles.
This is a genuine opportunity to build and grow your career, ideal for someone looking to step into their first recruitment role with strong leadership, hand‑on training, and clear progression. You'll be part of a supportive, high-performing team, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment while developing a long-term career within Search.
What you'll be doing
- Registering candidates and carrying out RTW checks
- Booking staff onto shifts across events and venues in Glasgow
- Matching the right people to the right roles
- Keeping in regular contact with your candidates and supporting them while they're on assignment
- Helping the team with day‑to‑day admin and recruitment tasks
What we're looking for
- Previous customer service experience within any environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy, target‑driven environment
