About the Role
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and a safe, welcoming environment for residents. You will:
- Lead, develop, and inspire the staff team
- Drive quality improvements and maintain regulatory compliance
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners
- Oversee budgets, occupancy, and service performance
- Promote a positive culture supporting resident wellbeing and dignity
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong and visible leadership to the staff team
- Ensure the highest standards of residential and dementia care
- Maintain full compliance with CQC requirements and internal policies
- Manage staffing, rota planning, recruitment, and training
- Oversee budgets, occupancy, and service performance
- Foster a positive, resident-focused culture
About You
- Previous experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care
- Level 5 Health & Social Care (or working towards) desirable
