Key Qualifications

  • Experience managing and developing a large, multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to promote and sustain a positive staffing culture, with a focus on retention, morale, and professional growth

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Be an effective communicator and confident decision maker
  • Be able to maintain all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards
  • Have a proactive and strategic approach to service improvement
  • Show commitment to person centred care and high clinical standards
  • Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and clinical governance processes
