Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day running of all food and beverage operations.
• Drive and coordinate business operational standards to ensure consistent customer service excellence.
• Assist in training, engaging and developing a highly skilled food and beverage team to ensure delivery of exceptional hospitality and seamless guest experience.
• Lead from the front and motivate the team, making sound decisions and proactively solving problems.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Relevant experience supervising a busy food and beverage or conferencing operation.
• Good judgement skills and ability to make sound decisions.
