Senior Sales Executive – Defence Sector
Location: Remote, UK
Clearance: Must be able to obtain security clearance (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets within the UK Defence sector.
- Build and grow a high‑quality pipeline across existing Defence accounts and new Defence opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including client call plans, pursuit strategies, and close plans.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior Defence stakeholders and ecosystem partners.
- Stay current on DXC’s Defence offerings, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
- Work collaboratively with industry teams, account leadership, solutioning, and delivery.
- Provide accurate, transparent and predictable forecasting using DXC processes and tools.
- Drive cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across secure cloud, cyber, digital engineering, and managed services.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven success in senior sales roles, consistently exceeding targets.
- 10+ years selling IT services/solutions into the UK Defence or National Security sector.
- Strong understanding of Defence procurement processes (MOD, DE&S, Front‑Line Commands, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex pursuits.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with an established network across Defence stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to position high‑value, complex solutions.
- Effective collaborator with outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- High attention to detail, disciplined reporting, and strong sales rigor.
