The Rural Land Manager will play a crucial role in identifying suitable land opportunities, collaborating with landowners and agents, and overseeing the process of onboarding land for Habitat Bank creation and working with our delivery Team to create and manage the Habitat Banks on farms across England.
It is important that you live in the South of England to cover the sites easily – Northampton, Oxford, Reading would all be ideal.
The role requires effective communication, collaboration with internal teams, and engagement with external stakeholders such as farmers, landowners, and Local Authorities.
