Overview

We are looking for a self-motivated and self-confident individual to work in our busy Salford office. We are an established Estate and Letting agents with a substantial number of clients and properties to handle on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Deal with clients face to face and on the phone to promote properties to rent and sell.
• Make potential appointments for viewings and for maintenance work.
• Input properties on the website and carry out general office duties.

Employment details

Temporary position of 6–12 weeks, with the potential to lead to a permanent position.

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum 2 years of office experience.
• Excellent computer skills; previous experience in a similar workplace is an advantage.
• Basic guidance and training will be provided for 1 month.
• We have a large number of clients; speaking another language would be an advantage.

Working hours

Preferred working hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the option to work until 5:00–6:00 p.m. depending on workload and candidate availability.
