Overview

Brightwork have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our client in Edinburgh. This is an ongoing temporary full-time role on a hybrid working basis – hours of work will be Monday to Friday business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and upload sensitive information onto internal databases whilst maintaining compliance standards.
  • Deal with a high volume of information and requests coming into the team whilst working to ensure these are processed in line with SLA's.
  • Keep on top of a busy workload, prioritise tasks and work to deadlines as outlined by the Team Lead.
  • Act as a main point of contact for the department for queries from internal departments.
  • Update internal team spreadsheets and folders.

Qualifications

  • Previous admin experience and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to juggle enquiries whilst using internal systems.
  • Experience working with databases and running reports from these.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and pick up new systems/processes quickly.

The successful candidate will be required to hold a current basic Disclosure Scotland or be willing to apply for one.
