The role in focus
As an Insolvency and Restructuring Senior Manager, you’ll manage a varied portfolio across both corporate insolvency and JIB work. What you’ll be doing
- Managing restructuring and insolvency cases from appointment through to closure
- Overseeing a blend of corporate insolvency and JIB assignments, ensuring efficient delivery
- Advising clients, lenders, and stakeholders on recovery strategies and formal processes
- Supporting the development and growth of the JIB offering within the wider RIP team
- Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and stakeholders
- Reviewing reports, financial analysis, and key case documentation
- Contributing to business development across both corporate and JIB work within the accountancy market

- Strong experience across restructuring and insolvency, ideally spanning both corporate and JIB work
- Confidence managing cases end-to-end with direct client exposure
- Commercial mindset with an interest in growing a service line
