Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe.Title: Product Manager, Security TeamLocation: Dundee (hybrid)Grade: 12Position summary & key areas of responsibility:The position requires understanding of the Global Financial Self Service Market (specificallyATM’s - industry, customer and competition) and NCR in-order to develop and manageopportunities to grow revenue and improve marginsThe role is required to drive multiple programs at module and / or Product level to enable and ultimately create demand / results for Financial in targeted segments and geographies; Manage P&L’s focused on profitable growth; Responsible for moving Modules and / or Products through NCR’s Solution Lifecycle Management processThe role is responsible for Annual Business and Operational Plans including evolution of the strategy, market / competitive factors, revenue and investment projections, price / contract erosion, potential business development driven through Disruptive Innovation opportunitiesThe role is required to work with Sales, Services Design & Engineering, Service Delivery & Operations leadership and across Lines of Business to solve complex business issuesThe role is responsible for specifying product requirements for current and future products byconducting market research through on-going communication with customers and industryanalysts; Follows and analyzes market and competitive trends to ensure newproduct/functionalities meet customer needsThe role is responsible for the alignment of revenue and profit within part of the ATM portfolio, supporting all product portfoliosThe role is responsible for driving the transformation of a Security Module or Product concept into a marketable solution with a cross functional team that includes members from engineering, marketing, services and financeThe role is responsible for analyzing potential partner relationships for modules and products in conjunction with the solution strategy and roadmapThe role is coordinates the creation of services offers including customer support and professional servicesThe role is responsible for all program metrics, including development schedule, cost, unit sales, revenue, margin, product quality, market share and customer satisfactionThe role gathers, prioritizes and documents product requirements and validates value propositionThe role supports and works directly with global sales organization for product training, salesstrategy, customer presentations and RFP responsesThe role provides direction, content and support for product marketing efforts including tradeshows, marketing programs, webinars, and sales collateralThe role conducts negotiations and discussions involving internal associates and external suppliersThe role assists in the development of team members and evaluation of team member performanceThe role has full P&L, Area Ready to Sell and Area Ready to Install accountabilityThe role is responsible for Cost Reduction for the portfolioThe role validates value propositions and develops business impact modelsThe following knowledge and expertise would be an advantage in fulfilling this role:Knowledge of the Criminal Landscape in relation to ATM FleetsExperience with Security organisations – for example EAST, LINK, ATMIA etc.Knowledge of ATM Security Related Compliance and StandardsAuditing ExperienceCryptographic knowledge would be advantageous but not essentialExperience/Qualifications:Engineering related Degree and / or MBAMinimum 3 years of related experienceAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel skillsManagement of multi-disciplinary teams and development of team members;Demonstrated ability to work with and/or through associates/parties in a cross functional work environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to influence others, particularly across organizationsExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Proven track record of delivering resultsSuccessfully managed complex programs across multiple organizationsDomain knowledge in Financial Self ServiceKnowledge of NCR product platforms and solutionsKnowledge of WCS Services offerings#LI-Hybrid#LI-AG1Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.EEO StatementNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
