Customer Relationship Advisor

You will be the heart of the customer service team, forging strong connections with clients and guiding them through their journey both face to face and over the phone. Your expertise and guidance will ensure satisfaction as the customer seeks financial support.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs from deposits to withdrawals and application processes.
• Provide expert advice around a range of products and services.
• Assist clients with account management, transactions, and inquiries.
