We are currently recruiting for a Learning & Engagement Project Manager to join our Learning & Engagement (L&E) team on a fixed‑term contract from July 2026 - September 2027. The role is part‑time (3 days per week) with preferred working days Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Engagement, the post‑holder will be responsible for the creative development and management of a range of projects across the L&E programme, supporting the creation of new work and helping participants discover opera and develop their talent. The portfolio managed will change over time according to organisational needs and project scope.

The post‑holder will play an active role in other aspects of the department’s work and undertake other duties as required, including:

Location

Glyndebourne is situated in Lewes, East Sussex. A flexible approach to working from home will be discussed during the interview.
