With expertise in AI, Data, Analytics and Cloud, our client is on a huge growth trajectory and 2026 will be a huge year for them. We're looking for a client facing business analyst who has worked within technology, software or analytics to join to spearhead an exciting new project.

The Role

  • The Business Analyst to work closely with both business stakeholders and delivery teams, supporting the build and evolution of a huge data programme of work.
  • You’ll play a key role in bringing clarity to requirements and ensuring that what is delivered aligns closely with business needs.
  • Running workshops to gather and refine requirements with stakeholders
  • Converting business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements
  • Capturing both functional and non-functional requirements in a structured way
  • Producing and maintaining documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Working alongside product owners on solution shaping and prioritisation
  • Supporting user acceptance testing and coordinating feedback
  • Contributing to release planning and Agile ceremonies
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery

The Person

  • Strong experience working with stakeholders and leading workshops
  • Background in data, analytics or software related projects
  • Ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Clear communication and solid documentation skills
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working

Up to £60,000 plus benefits.
