Compliance & Risk Manager

• Collaborate with risk owners to identify, document, and monitor risks in the risk register, including controls, mitigation plans, and residual risks
• Analyse risk data and emerging trends to support proactive risk mitigation and timely follow-ups
• Lead and manage digitisation projects, converting physical records into digital formats to improve efficiency and accessibility
• Ensure organisational policies comply with required standards and are properly updated in the Document Management System
• Support governance and improvement initiatives under the CEO’s Office and relevant committees (e.g. ARGC)
• Participate in cross-functional projects and organisational initiatives, including events and strategic assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
• Risk management certification is an advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience in ERM / risk governance
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
