Job Type: Permanent | Region: Scotland | Location: Glasgow | Salary: £28,938 per annum | Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 06:00–14:00).

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Stock Control Supervisor to join our East Kilbride Distribution Centre. In this role you will lead a team to meet key performance indicators and ensure high‑quality stock control operations that meet ISO, GPD, MHRA and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise stock control operations, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders.
  • Manage local budget and maintain financial control within the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, GPD, MHRA regulations and health & safety guidelines.
  • Lead and develop a team, setting expectations and providing coaching to achieve KPI targets.
  • Stand, walk, lift up to 15 kg, bend, twist, kneel and crouch during the shift.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (Maths and English).
  • Proven warehouse or stock control supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of health & safety laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of ISO and GPD/DPRA regulations and MHRA guidelines.

Desirable Qualifications

  • IOSH qualification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Fire Marshall certification.
  • Knowledge of perpetual inventory systems.
  • Knowledge of GDP regulation.
