Property Services – We revitalise homes and communities through the regeneration of living spaces, breathing new life into neighbourhoods. From delivering large programmes of work for social housing providers, to ensuring the highest building safety standards, we provide a range of services for public sector clients.
Job Description
- Assist Gas Manager in technical issues, health & safety requirements and company procedures
- Supervise the team of Gas Engineers & Apprentices working on behalf of United Living to deliver high quality & cost effective gas installation, servicing & maintenance services
- Carry out service, repair, commissioning and maintenance work to heating & gas systems where required
- Carry out routine inspections and quality control checks on U/L engineers & sub-contractors
- Cover for Gas Manager, attending contract meetings, health & safety meetings etc. where necessary
- Liaise with clients and residents to help Gas Manager deal with complaints, correspondence and client enquiries to enable a swift and positive outcome
Qualifications
- Full Domestic ACS qualifications Inc. MET1
- CDMMA1 - Fumes Investigation
- Experience of carrying out gas auditing of engineers is an advantage
- SMSTS - Is desirable
- L.P.G, Oil & Commercial qualifications are an advantage
- Microsoft Excel, Project and Word skills required
