Overview
Corporate Title Associate
Working within the Listed Derivative Deliveries team in London you will have exposure to global Listed exchanges and the respective Deliveries based on positions held at that exchange across multiple asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Commodities etc.).
You will be involved in front to back settlement of all underlying assets as a result of Futures/Options positions we hold. You will be servicing a diverse client base on all their settlement needs in regards to Listed Derivatives underlying deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Working in a diverse team responsible for the delivery of all listed Futures and Options business transacted on all major derivative exchanges, via a shift system.
- Operate in a high‑risk environment with multiple manual processes requiring a highly motivated and risk‑aware individual.
- Work in a fast paced environment to meet strict market deadlines to ensure the accuracy of client entitlements.
- Collaborate within a team of 5 to ensure timely and accurate processing of Exercise and Assignment information, all expiry processes across global exchanges, accurate and timely processing of all physical deliveries as a result of Futures & Options expiries, regulatory reporting, position maintenance, and providing upcoming delivery information to the client base.
- Challenge existing processes, suggest improvements and drive enhancements through implementation.
- Involvement in new product/business initiatives to determine and document delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Futures & Options experience within Listed Derivative Operations.
- Experience in physical delivery for European products is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMI is preferred and working knowledge of exchange Clearing GUI’s.
- Proven teamwork and time management skills within a high‑pressure environment.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibility and learn new tasks.
- The ability to remain flexible in changing and challenging environments.
