A leading professional services firm is seeking a Senior Client Programme Manager to join its Client Development team on a fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role focused on embedding a culture of client excellence and strengthening strategic relationships across the business.
Reporting to the Head of Client Development & Relationships, the successful candidate will lead on key client programmes, including account management, client listening, intermediary relationships, and alumni initiatives. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive growth and enhance client experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and evolve client listening programmes, ensuring feedback drives actionable insights
- Develop and implement best-practice frameworks for client targeting and key account management
- Oversee strategic account planning to increase client engagement and revenue growth
- Support and advise partners on managing client relationships and maximising opportunities
- Drive intermediary and alumni programmes to strengthen referral networks
- Champion effective use of CRM systems and client data to inform decision-making
- Deliver reporting, insights, and presentations to senior stakeholders and committees
- Line manage and develop team members within the client development function
About you:
- Proven experience managing key client or account programmes within professional services
- Strong track record of advising senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels
- Experience designing and implementing client relationship and account management frameworks
- Commercially minded, with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and drive process improvements
- Confident communicator with excellent written and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and client data strategy
