About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an FM Team Leader. This would entail the supervision, monitoring and control of colleagues, equipment and material resources and to ensure that all accounts are serviced to a high standard.

As an FM Team Leader you will be responsible for Bulwell Riverside and working with the FMTL for various sites including The Council House, Byron House, Central Library, Broad Marsh Car Park and the teams working there. You will be expected to have regular contact with the customers and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of staff, the PFI standards with partner organisations and ensuring that KPI's are met.

We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a busy environment, who can work as part of a team and who are able to communicate at all levels.

  • Strong leadership
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good communication
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload

The essential criteria

  • Ability and experience of leading and developing a team
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Full UK driving licence
