Operations Manager – Peartree Cleaning (London)
Location: London (Full-time)
Salary: Circa £40‑42k per annum + travel expenses (for Zone 1‑6 only)

About the Role
You’ll oversee a portfolio of contracts across London, ensuring excellent service delivery and smooth day‑to‑day operations. The role involves:
- Managing and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handling Health & Safety, HR, Payroll, and administration duties
- Conducting site inspections and liaising with clients
- Supporting and motivating team members to achieve excellence
What We’re Looking For
- A strong Operations Manager ready to take their career to the next level
- Organised, proactive, and people‑focused with great communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop on their existing leadership and management skills
- Candidates should be located within or near Greater London, with easy access to the Tube network (or equivalent transport) and the flexibility to travel efficiently between sites as required.
