Administrator - TEMP

Are you an organised, proactive Administrator who loves making a difference behind the scenes? We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and support the LSAs who provide Additional Learning Support (ALS) to students on a temporary basis. This is a busy, rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Administrator (Temporary)

Redhill (occasional travel to South Croydon)

£14.00 – £14.50 per hour

Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm

Immediate start | Initially up to 2 months

Please note: The successful candidate will ideally hold a DBS on the Update Service. If not, they will be subject to a DBS check prior to starting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Booking specialist appointments (assessments, 1:1 support, SALT).
• Keeping accurate logs and student records.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure exam concessions are processed smoothly.
• Maintaining electronic filing systems and databases.
• Managing spreadsheets (including timetables and annual leave).
• Supporting EHCP reviews and funding administration.
• Assisting at key events such as enrolment and open evenings.
• Helping keep systems organised, compliant, and audit‑ready.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong administration experience.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling sensitive information.
• Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
• Experience supporting students or young people with additional needs (desirable).

• A degree qualification.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and equality & diversity.
• Experience setting up admin systems and processes.
