Kitchen Shift Leader – Senior School Catering Department

Salary: £31,054.40 per annum. Employment type: Permanent. Hours: 40 per week, all year round (52 weeks), including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Kitchen Brigade with food service preparation and production.
• Control stock and manage health and hygiene procedures, ensuring compliance with department guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and care.
• Possess good product awareness.
