Job Summary
Full‑time Supervisor required for Bridgwater convenience store. The role involves motivating and leading retail staff, ensuring efficient store operations and first‑class customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and inspire the retail team.
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day store operations and high levels of customer service.
- Cover a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings, to meet business needs (39 hours per week, five out of seven days).
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supervising a team in a food retail environment (full training will be provided if required).
- Flexible availability to work various shifts.
- Energetic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
