This is a full-time, hybrid role, applicants would be required to come to the office in the Greater Leeds Area once a week, especially during probation as to ensure successful integration into the wider business and team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities will include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align efforts with business goals. Reporting to the Sales Director, the candidate will champion sales performance and client satisfaction.
