We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead all aspects of food safety, quality, and compliance within a fast-paced Food Manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role, responsible for maintaining the highest standards across production while supporting ongoing business growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical/quality function across the site
- Own and maintain the HACCP plan and food safety systems
- Act as the primary contact for external audits (BRC, retailer, EHO)
- Drive a strong food safety culture across production and wider site teams
- Manage customer relationships on all technical matters, including complaints, specifications, and audits
- Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring consistency of product and adherence to specifications
About You
- Proven experience in a Technical Manager / Quality Manager role within food manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the business
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
