Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor currently seeking temporary work starting as soon as possible? Responsibilities

• Making outbound customer service calls
• Following up previous enquiries that have come in from potential customers checking if they still wish to progress with their initial enquiry
• Adhering to all relevant legislation, industry regulations and Company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Customer Service role
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Experience of working in a fast paced, vibrant and at times, pressured environment

In addition, you will be a driven, self-motivated, respectful, caring, compassionate, patient, approachable and friendly team player with a strong work ethic and desire to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Working Conditions

This role is initially temporary starting as soon as possible for approximately 6 weeks, and the hours of work are on a shift rota including weekends.
