We are seeking an experienced and highly organised School Office Manager to join a busy and welcoming school team in Widnes. This is a full-time position offered initially on a contract basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the school office
- Manage administrative systems and office procedures
- Lead and support office staff where required
- Maintain accurate pupil records and school data
- Handle communication with parents, staff, and external agencies
- Support attendance, admissions, and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a school environment is essential
- Strong working knowledge of SIMS and Arbor systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive, and approachable manner
