- Create end-to-end creative operations workflows covering asset management, production coordination, and localization
- Develop tasks involving file versioning, naming conventions, DAM tagging, and taxonomy mapping
- Translate operational processes into structured tasks with deterministic, checkable outputs
- Define and apply evaluation rubrics based on verifiable ground truth
- Build scenarios involving routing flows, handoff packets, and localization string validation
Requirements
- Proficiency in creative operations, design production, or content operations workflows
- Experience with DAM tools such as Bynder, Frontify, or Brandfolder
- Familiarity with workflow platforms such as Asana, Monday, Airtable, or Figma file management
- Ability to produce and interpret artifacts including briefs, routing flows, file trees, and localization specifications
- Capability to define structured rubrics and evaluate outputs against objective criteria
