Cache Level 3 Practitioner - Baby Room - Barnet (N12)Term Time Only, Full-TimeStart Date: ASAP

Hours: 8:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a confident and experienced Cache Level 3 Practitioner to join a school adjacent Nursery in Barnet (N12) or an experienced nursery practitioner ready to step up and take charge of a team of 2 in a busy baby room.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Early Years professional ready to take the next step in their career and lead a room, supporting both children and staff in a nurturing, child-centred environment.

Key Requirements for this Cache Level 3 Practitioner role:

• CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential)
• Proven experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Previous experience leading a room or supporting room leadership (desirable)

About this Cache Level 3 Practitioner Role:

As a Cache Level 3 Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day running of the room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and well-organised environment
• Supporting and guiding a small team of practitioners, promoting positive teamwork and consistency
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Monitoring children's progress through observations, assessments, and learning journeys
• Acting as a key person, building strong and professional relationships with children and their families
• Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare requirements are consistently met
• Maintaining high standards of care, learning, and behaviour management across the room

What We're Looking For in a Cache Level 3 Practitioner:

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
• Experience with planning, assessment, and tracking children's progress
• A proactive, organised, and reliable approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for early years education and child development
