REGISTERED MANAGER
Children’s Residential Home – South East London
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Performance Bonus

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead an established 3-bed children’s residential home in South East London, supporting young people aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation with a stable staff team and strong senior management backing, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding care and outcomes for young people.
Key Responsibilities
Safeguarding & Ofsted
The successful candidate will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring safeguarding practices remain fully embedded throughout the home.
You will also have previous experience preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections, with a strong understanding of the SCCIF framework and a track record of achieving positive outcomes.
