Learning Support Assistant – SEN School

Full-Time | Term-Time Only

A well-established SEN school in the Walsall area is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, MLD, SLD, SEMH, and communication needs.
• Assist class teachers with lesson delivery, learning activities, and behaviour support strategies.
• Help create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for all pupils.
• Support pupils with personal development, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Follow individual learning plans and work closely with teachers and support staff.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years. xwzovoh
