Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or Level 3
Part-Time | Permanent | Berkhamsted
REED Education are delighted to be working in partnership with a lovely, small nursery in the Berkhamsted area who are looking to welcome a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to their friendly team on a permanent, part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurturing and enthusiastic early years professional who is seeking a consistent work pattern and a supportive setting.
Working Pattern
- 3 days per week
- 8:00am – 3:00pm
- Permanent position
Salary
- Salaried role
- Salary will vary depending on experience, qualification level, and hours worked
The Role
You will:
- Support the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment
- Work collaboratively with a small, welcoming team
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to observations and learning records as required
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Has a caring, patient, and positive approach
- Is passionate about supporting young children’s development
- Has a good understanding of safeguarding and EYFS (training can be supported)
