Join our team at South Lancaster School as an EYFS / Nursery TA. This role offers an immediate start and continues until the end of the summer term. Day-to-day of the role:
- Work Monday to Friday, from 11:30 to 15:30, totalling 20 hours per week.
- Support early years learning and development through planned continuous provision.
- Engage creatively with children to enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement educational activities and programs that adhere to the EYFS framework.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and development matters.
- Experience in planning and enhancing learning through continuous provision is advantageous.
- Creative approach to education and learning.
- Ability to work effectively within a supportive team environment.
- Personal care will be required as part of this role
