Health & Safety Manager (Part-Time)

Tiptree with travel to Sudbury & Buckhatch

30 hrs/week (flexible) Competitive salary of £36,000–£42,000 pro-rata for 30 hours (£45,000–£52,500 FTE)

Leading H&S strategy & culture

Enhancing systems, training & communication

Driving compliance, audits & incident management

Empowering managers to own H&S

Who we’re looking for:

NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)

IOSH/IIRSM membership

Multi-site experience & confident communicator

Tech-savvy with digital H&S systems
